Career Guidance is close to the hearts of our team. Our founder, Varun Vohra hails from a Tier 3 city – Amritsar in Punjab, where even today people are not much considerate for Career Counselling. The common thought is that intelligent students opt for Science Stream after 10th Class. Commerce and Arts is for those who are not good at studies. Parents raise their children by repeatedly guiding their sub conscious mind that they should aim to become an Engineer or a Doctor. Varun’s family was not different. As a result of this persuasion since childhood, he became an Engineer and his sister became a Doctor. After completing his B-Tech, he got campus placed in one of the top three IT companies of India and moved to Bangalore. The biggest shock was when he experienced the work profile of an IT Professional. He was hard working and intelligent enough to cope-up but very soon he realized that this is not the work in which he can spend his entire life. The very next move was to prepare for MBA entrance exam. 2 years down the line, he was standing at a juncture to choose the right career path in which there were 2 options – 1) Onsite opportunity to work in United States and 2) Pursue MBA from one of the top 10 MBA Institutes of Country – Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT Delhi). Undoubtedly, he wished to move out of the current struggle and hence chose the 2nd option.
Subsequent to pursuing his MBA, he shifted jobs between Public Sector Company under Govt. of India and MNCs. There were questions from the family throughout his career and finally there was big question mark when he left high paying job to pursue his dream as an entrepreneur. His family belonged to service background and he decided to change this tradition.
Varun’s wife, Mamta, who is BFA (Sculptures) and M. Design from prestigious National Institute of Design (Ahmedabad) has a similar story where she switched out of her career in design to pursue her passion in helping out individuals through Counselling.

We believe in the fact that we should avoid Hit and Trial method. Actually, you need to choose the career as per your strength and hit the Bull’s Eye. One size fits all approach doesn’t work and hence we consider every individual as unique. Youth today is quite rational – You can’t convince them by mere words.
